What is in the London pubs pack

The pack holds Victorian London pub frontages. It has 16 separate component models and 4 assemblies, and the assemblies are complete examples that place the components.

The components break down like this:

The pack belongs to the London high streets range.

Scenes you can build with it

The site lists this pack for street corners and period scenes. The four assemblies are finished pubs. To vary a street, swap the lettering and the glazing between frontages. The pack offers three lettering sets and four glazing types.

The hanging sign, lantern, window box and picnic table are each their own model, so you place them where the scene needs them.

How the models are made

High-detail triangle counts run from 348 to 1,836 per model.

Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) file at high, medium and low detail. Files come Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Low detail suits distant frontages, and high detail suits those close to the camera.

The pack has no textures. The models are UV-mapped and use named PBR colour slots, so you can set a fascia or door colour through its material.

Scale is 1 unit = 1 metre. frame display at 3 m high, and the widest is fascia at 5 m across.

Where it stops, and what to pair it with

This pack covers frontages and their street details. The assemblies also use parts from London terraced houses and London shopfronts, and the download includes those parts.

For other pub styles, East London industrial and pub fronts is the sister pack in the same range. London shopfronts covers shop frontages.

The licence allows commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not allowed.

Questions

What is in the London pubs pack?

16 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 5.0 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 4 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them. The zip also carries the 12 parts from other packs that its assemblies use, so it is self-contained, and the licence.

How many triangles are the models?

Between 348 and 1,836 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.

Can I use them in a commercial project?

Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
