Generators

8 of the 17 packs include the generator that built their examples. Call it with your own options and get a new street, school or playground.

Sockets

Parts carry named sockets on a shared metre grid, so walls, bays and roofs snap together in code, not in a modelling tool.

Materials

Colourways and weathering are layered materials you set per part, for example soot-blackened brick, yellow stock, painted stucco and more.

A working example

Every zip has an index.html scene that loads offline, with the loader, the runtime and a triangle table.

Questions

What is Assets for three.js?

A shop for 3D model packs made to be loaded in three.js and other WebGL engines, by JSTOV. Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) with high, medium and low detail variants, measured in metres. The shelves are london housing, building sites, london high streets, london architecture and parks, play and sport: 1,095 component models and 135 assemblies across 17 packs. An assembly is a supplied arrangement of component models (a whole house, crane or playground), not an extra unique model.

Is there a free pack?

Yes. The London Street Starter is free: two complete buildings and six props, with a working three.js example scene (4.1 MB zip). The download link is emailed to you.

Do the models work outside three.js?

The GLB files are open glTF 2.0. They are meshopt-compressed, which three.js, react-three-fiber, Babylon.js and PlayCanvas read, and each pack includes uncompressed copies for other tools. The assembly loader, generators and material runtime are three.js code, and we test in three.js 0.186.

Who made the models?

Every model is an original made by JSTOV in Blender for our own web scenes and sold here with a commercial licence. None of it is scanned, scraped or resold from another marketplace.

Can I see a model before I buy?

Yes. Each model has its own page with the triangle count per detail level, file size, dimensions and a live 3D preview you can orbit in the browser.
