London architecture pack
Civic buildings
Build board schools, libraries, fire stations and town-hall offices.
Neighbourhood civic buildings: a board school with classroom bays, pointed or segmental heads, gables, a stair tower and bellcote; a library with reading-room bays, a formal portal, rooflight and an oak reading room; a fire station with appliance bays, hinged doors and a drill tower; and a shared set of portals, steps, a ramp, canopy, flagpole, clock, crest, name panels, boundary walls and gates. Four assembled buildings, including municipal offices.
Customise it: Generate in code: londonCivic({ layout: 'board-school' | 'library' | 'fire-station' | 'civic-offices', appliances: 1-3, open: true }). Fire-station doors and vehicle gates are hinged; name panels, plaque and crest take your own artwork.

What is in the Civic buildings pack
This pack gives you 58 separate component models and 4 assemblies. The components are the parts; the assemblies are complete examples that show how those parts go together. It belongs to the 'London architecture' range, and it's built for neighbourhood civic buildings.
There are three building families, plus a shared set. The board school has classroom bays (school classroom ground, school classroom pointed, school classroom upper) and a school gable with a school end gable. It also has a school stair tower topped by a school tower top, plus a school bellcote. The library has library reading bay and library rear bay, plus a library portal. It also has a library rooflight over an oak library reading room. The fire station has a fire appliance bay, fire door leaf left and fire door leaf right, a fire drill tower and a fire watch bay. The shared civic parts cover civic portal formal, civic steps, civic ramp, civic canopy, civic flagpole, civic clock, civic crest, civic name panel, civic boundary wall and civic gate pedestrian.
The four assemblies are London civic · Board school with classroom wing and playground; London civic · Municipal offices entrance and office wing; London civic · Two-bay fire station with forecourt; and London civic · Branch library with reading-room interior.
Scenes you can build with it
Start with a street. A board school next to a fire station, with a library a little further along, already reads as a neighbourhood landmark cluster. That's the pack's main job.
If you're building a walkable scene, the interiors matter. The branch library assembly includes a reading-room interior, with a library bookcase and a library reading table, so users can step inside. The fire station forecourt works well for anything with vehicles, since the fire door leaves and the civic gate vehicle left and civic gate vehicle right are hinged.
A school playground with a civic playground, civic boundary wall and civic gatepier is a compact diorama on its own. Also, the era tags are edwardian and victorian, with london and uk region tags, so it suits period street scenes and visualisations.
How the models are made
Every model ships as GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) at high, medium and low detail. Each comes Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Textures are embedded in every model, so there are no loose image files to track down.
Scale is simple: 1 unit = 1 metre. The tallest component is civic corner at 8.4 m high, and the widest is school end gable at 11.242 m across. High-detail triangle counts run from 58 to 3,866 per model, so you can pick the level that suits your frame budget.
You can also generate buildings in code. The download includes the kit runtime and this generator:
- `londonCivic({ layout: 'board-school' | 'library' | 'fire-station' | 'civic-offices', appliances: 1-3, open: true })`
The civic name panel, civic plaque and civic crest take your own artwork, so your school or station can carry its own name.
Where it stops, and what to pair it with
This pack covers civic buildings and nothing else. It doesn't include housing. The assemblies do use a few parts from London terraced houses, and the download includes those parts, so the sample scenes work straight away. For streets of homes around them you'll need a housing pack.
The rest of the 'London architecture' range fills that gap: Georgian, Regency and mansion housing; 1930s suburbs and interwar estates; and Victorian markets and stations. For a period street that mixes a school with market stalls or a station, the Victorian markets and stations pack is the obvious partner.
On licensing, commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work are all allowed. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not.

Questions
What is in the Civic buildings pack?
58 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 34.6 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 4 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them. The zip also carries the 3 parts from other packs that its assemblies use, so it is self-contained, and the licence.
How many triangles are the models?
Between 58 and 3,866 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.
Can I use them in a commercial project?
Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
