Playgrounds
Playground equipment and surfaces: towers, platforms, slides (straight, spiral, enclosed, embankment), swings and seats, climbing nets, walls and domes, roundabouts, seesaw, spring rider, zipwire, rope tunnels, sand and water play, a play boat, train and castle, sensory and musical panels, rubber and bark surfacing, fencing and gates. Twelve assembled playgrounds, including a finished community playground.
Community sports and courts
Community sport: tennis, padel, pickleball, netball, basketball and multi-use courts with markings, nets, cages and windscreens; football, rugby, hockey and cricket pitches and posts; an athletics track with jumps and throws; skate, BMX and parkour; outdoor gym; bowls, croquet, crazy golf; a pool and waterfront; and stands, a pavilion, changing rooms, toilets and floodlights. Twenty-one assembled facilities, including a finished floodlit padel court.
Parks
Parks and gardens: paths in asphalt, gravel and paving with junctions and slopes, lawns, ponds, streams and boardwalks, railings, fences and gates, benches, bins, lighting, a bandstand, fountain, gazebo, pergola, sundial and statues; allotment soil, crop rows, raised beds, sheds, a greenhouse, polytunnel and water butts; and park buildings with a café, kiosk, toilets and changing rooms. Thirteen assembled parks, gardens and buildings.
