London high streets pack
London heritage shops and cafés
Build East End shops and cafés with tiled interiors, angled corners and opening shutters.
East End heritage shops and cafés with shallow interiors seen through the glass: pilasters, console brackets, fascias, recessed and splayed entrances, tiled dados and friezes, brass trim, counters, benches and booths, room shells, and fit-outs for a bakery, chippy, butcher, greengrocer, newsagent, barber, launderette and repair shop. Corner shops come square or at 60° and 120°, with roller shutters and a cabmen's shelter, in 19 assembled shops.
Customise it: Generate any of 17 shops in code: londonHeritageShops({ tenant: 'pie-and-mash' | 'caff' | 'chippy' | 'corner-grocery' | 'cab-shelter' | …, angle: 60 | 90 | 120 }). Roller shutters, the bakery hatch and the shelter flap are posable.

What is in the London heritage shops and cafés pack
It's a kit, not a set of finished buildings. The pack holds 113 separate component models and 19 assemblies, and the assemblies are complete examples that place the components so you can see how they fit together.
The components cover the shopfront and the room behind it: pilasters, console brackets, fascias, recessed and splayed entrances, tiled dados and friezes, brass trim, counters, benches and booths, room shells. Corner plots come square or at 60° and 120°, with matching cornices, fascias, head rails, posts and room shells for each angle. Roller shutters have their own parts (shutter box, shutter track, shutter curtain). There's also a cabmen's shelter with its own floor, walls, roof, table and hatch flap.
The interiors are shallow on purpose. You see them through the glass, so the fit-outs are built for a bakery, chippy, butcher, greengrocer, newsagent, barber, launderette and repair shop.
Scenes you can build with it
Start with the assemblies. The "High-street parade" gives you a whole row to drop in, and "Shops under Georgian houses" shows how the ground floor meets the upper storeys. If you're after a street corner, there's a corner grocery, an acute (60°) version, and an obtuse (120°) corner newsagent with roller shutters down, half and up.
For interiors, a few that suit close camera work:
- Traditional caff, with table caff, tea urn and condiment set
- Fish-and-chip shop with frying range
- Barber with two chairs
- Launderette with washer and dryer banks
The interiors do the heavy lifting. A walkthrough or a slow dolly past the glass shows a bread rack, a chiller counter or a barber chair without you modelling anything behind the window. The pack suits high streets, visible shop interiors and corner plots, and the era tags (Victorian, Edwardian, interwar, post-war) tell you how far back you can push the look.
How the models are made
Every model ships as GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) at high, medium and low detail, Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Textures are embedded in every model, so there's no loose image folder to lose track of. Scale is 1 unit = 1 metre.
Triangle counts at high detail run from 20 to 2,316 per model. The tallest component is the corner ground return 120 at 3.001 m high; the widest is the corner roof 120 at 9.266 m across. So you know the real sizes before you place anything.
You can also build in code. The download includes the kit runtime and a generator: londonHeritageShops({ tenant: 'pie-and-mash', angle: 60 }) will produce any of 17 shops, with the tenant and angle (60, 90 or 120) as your two main choices. The roller shutters, the bakery hatch and the shelter flap are posable, so they can open and close in your scene.
Where it stops, and what to pair it with
This pack is shops and cafés. It's not a whole street, and that's the honest limit. The assemblies borrow parts from other packs, and the download includes those: Georgian, Regency and mansion housing, London terraced houses, and London shopfronts. So the upper storeys in the examples will work straight away.
What it doesn't cover is pubs or industrial frontage. Those sit in the same London high streets range: East London industrial and pub fronts, and London pubs. If your scene has a pub on the corner next to the chippy, that's where to look.
On licensing, commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work are all allowed. Reselling or redistributing the model files isn't.

Questions
What is in the London heritage shops and cafés pack?
113 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 61.4 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 19 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them. The zip also carries the 32 parts from other packs that its assemblies use, so it is self-contained, and the licence.
How many triangles are the models?
Between 20 and 2,316 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.
Can I use them in a commercial project?
Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
