What is in the Buildings under construction pack?
28 models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 7.7 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 2 assembly files that place the models into the complete examples shown on this page, a small three.js loader for those assemblies, and a licence file.
How many triangles are the models?
Between 108 and 4,608 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.
Can I use them in a commercial project?
Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
