What is in the Georgian, Regency and mansion housing pack
It's a kit, not a diorama. The pack has 97 separate component models and 8 assemblies, and the assemblies exist to show you how the components fit together. Part of the 'London architecture' range, it covers Georgian, Regency and Victorian London fronts, plus 1930s Art Deco flats, a mews and a communal-entrance set.
The Georgian parts are the deepest. You get narrow and wide bays at ground, first and upper storeys, basements, areas, parapets, terrace ends and party walls. Regency brings stucco bays, a portico, balconies and balustrades. The Victorian mansion-block parts add paired bays and an oriel in three pieces (base, middle, top), plus a turret, a mansard and dormers. Deco has a corner, balconies and a tower entrance. The naming tells you what each piece does: "georgian bay wide first" is exactly that.
Scenes you can build with it
Start with the assemblies. London housing · Georgian street segment gives you a ready terrace. Two others handle the ends of a row: Georgian terrace ends, full-height flank and exposed party wall, plus a mirrored version with the party wall left and the flank right. That matters, because a street that just stops looks unfinished.
Other scenes the pack suits:
- A Regency stucco terrace with a quarter-round corner
- A mansion-block corner with communal entrance
- A mews lane behind an entrance arch, with stable doors and cobbles
- 1930s Art Deco flats with an entrance tower and rounded corner
If you'd rather not place anything by hand, the download includes the kit runtime and a generator. You call londonHousing() with a layout: 'georgian-street', 'stucco-terrace', 'mansion-corner', 'deco-flats', 'mews' or 'entrances'. Terrace ends can be set to a flank or a party wall. Good for Georgian streets, mansion blocks and period property scenes.
How the models are made
Every model ships as GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) at high, medium and low detail. Each comes Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Textures are embedded in every model, so there are no loose image files to chase. One unit is one metre, so you can drop a part into a scene and trust its scale.
High-detail triangle counts run from 40 to 5,640 per model. That spread is the point. A "mews cobbles" tile and a "mansion turret shaft" don't need the same budget, and you can swap in the medium or low versions as buildings recede from the camera. For a sense of size, the tallest component is the mews gable end at 8.12 m high, and the widest is the deco roof at 8.7 m across.
The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files isn't allowed.
Where it stops, and what to pair it with
This pack is exterior and street only. Tags are edwardian, georgian, victorian, london, uk, exterior and street. So there are no interiors here, and the Art Deco set is one block type, not a full interwar estate.
Also, the assemblies use parts from London terraced houses, which the download includes. You don't need to buy it separately to open the assemblies as shown.
For what sits beyond the pack, the rest of the range fills in. Use 1930s suburbs and interwar estates for the wider interwar housing. Civic buildings covers town halls and public frontages, and Victorian markets and stations covers the commercial and transport side of the same city. Pair it with those and a Georgian street can run into a market square without a change of style.

How many triangles are the models?
Between 40 and 5,640 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.
Can I use them in a commercial project?
Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
