What is in the Site cabins, services and groundworks pack

The pack is a site compound and its groundworks, built from parts you place yourself. It has 26 separate component models and 4 assemblies, and the assemblies are complete examples that place the components.

The components split into groups:

The four assemblies are Excavation corner, Foundation work, Temporary services and Welfare compound.

Scenes you can build with it

The site lists this pack for site compounds and planning visualisations.

A compound can be built from the welfare cabin, office cabin, cabin external stair and security hut, with road plates laid around them.

The excavation pieces (cut bank, excavation floor tile, excavation prop, waler, sheet pile straight and sheet pile corner) cover a shored pit, and the spoil heap sits beside it. The rebar cage, rebar mesh and pile cap cover the foundation work.

How the models are made

Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) file at high, medium and low detail. Each comes Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Textures are embedded in every model.

High-detail triangle counts range from 84 to 7,360 per model.

Scale is 1 unit = 1 metre. The cabin external stair is the tallest component at 4.137 m high, and the access ramp is the widest at 6 m across.

Where it stops, and what to pair it with

This pack covers the compound and the ground. It does not include lifting equipment, heavy plant or the building itself.

It is part of the Building sites range, and the sister packs fill the gaps. Tower cranes and lifting covers cranes. Construction plant and machinery covers the machines. Buildings under construction covers the structure that the foundation work leads to.

The licence allows commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not allowed.

Questions

What is in the Site cabins, services and groundworks pack?

26 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 11.2 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 4 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them, and the licence.

How many triangles are the models?

Between 84 and 7,360 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.

Can I use them in a commercial project?

Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
