What is in the East London housing pack
This pack covers contemporary East London housing from the Hackney Wick kits. It has 20 separate component models and 4 assemblies. The assemblies are complete examples that place the components, so you can see how the parts combine before you build your own.
The four assemblies are loggia, mixed, projecting and screened.
The components fall into families:
- Balconies: canopy, deck, door, front rail and side rail
- Bays and windows: brick projecting bay, glazed bay, loggia bay, deep return, deep window, narrow window, and corner windows left and right
- Louvre screens: narrow and wide
- Ground floor: corner retail left and right, retail entry, retail glazing and residential entry
The tallest piece is the balcony door at 3.2 m high, and the widest is corner retail left at 3.06 m across. One unit is one metre.
Scenes you can build with it
The pack is listed for regeneration areas and modern London streets.
For a street of new flats, start from an assembly such as the projecting block, then build your own balcony runs from the deck, rails, canopy and door. Mix a loggia bay with a screened section to vary the facade.
The corner retail parts suit a junction. Place corner retail left and right either side of a corner and add the retail entry and retail glazing.
How the models are made
Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) file. Textures are embedded in every model.
Each model comes at high, medium and low detail. High-detail triangle counts run from 12 to 2,808 per model, so the simplest parts are very light to repeat along a block.
Files come Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside.
Where it stops, and what to pair it with
This pack is contemporary housing only. It contains nothing in a period style, so an older street needs another pack.
Two sister packs in the London housing range help. London terraced houses is a modular Victorian terrace, and Victorian terrace details supplies Victorian bays, arches, passages, chimneys and slate roofs. Either one next to this pack gives you older frontages beside new blocks.
The contents list names no vehicles, street furniture or ground surfaces, so source those separately.
The licence allows commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not allowed.

Questions
What is in the East London housing pack?
20 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 9.3 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 4 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them. The zip also carries the 4 parts from other packs that its assemblies use, so it is self-contained, and the licence.
How many triangles are the models?
Between 12 and 2,808 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.
Can I use them in a commercial project?
Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
