What is in the East London industrial and pub fronts pack

The pack is a kit of editable East London frontages. It has 45 separate component models and 5 assemblies, and the assemblies are complete examples that place the components.

Component names use the "Wick fronts" prefix. The industrial side has an industrial brick base low, shutters and shutter frames, doors left and right, a fascia, display and entry frames, an upper brick piece, and coping in plain, left and right versions. The corrugated uppers come blank, blank tall, narrow and wide.

The pub side has pub fascia and pub cornice, each in plain, left and right versions, plus a pub tiled wall, pub upper sash, pub upper blank, doors and frames. There is also a courtyard group (gate left, gate right, pergola, portal), five return ends (blank, corrugated, display, ground and sash), a rear wall, roof tiles with corner and edge versions, and two signs, sign blade and sign wall.

The assemblies are named Wick brick-bar, Wick courtyard and Wick pub, each as an editable exterior.

Scenes you can build with it

The site lists this pack for warehouse streets and canal-side scenes. The brick bases, shutters and corrugated uppers suit the first.

A pub can be finished with return ends, so its side wall has geometry. A courtyard can be built from the gates, portal and pergola.

How the models are made

Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) file at high, medium and low detail. Each comes Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Textures are embedded in every model.

Scale is 1 unit = 1 metre. The tallest component is corrugated upper blank tall at 3.9 m high, and the widest is pub frame entry at 6 m across.

High-detail triangle counts run from 12 to 8,766 per model.

Where it stops, and what to pair it with

This pack covers building fronts and their parts. Its contents list names no street furniture, and it does not include the traditional and modern retail frontages in London shopfronts.

If the scene needs retail frontages, the sister pack London shopfronts covers them. For more pubs, London pubs is the other sister pack. Both sit in the London high streets range, the same range as this pack.

The licence allows commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not allowed.
