What is in the London terraced houses pack

This is a modular Victorian London terrace, part of the London housing range. It contains 41 separate component models and 10 assemblies. The assemblies are complete examples that place the components.

The components cover the front, the back and the boundary of a house. wall long, wall short, bay, sash, door, chimney, cornice and roof, along with the three-part bay stack (base, middle and top), entrance stairs, railings and gates. Below street level there are basement walls, a basement sash and lightwells. At the back there are three extension types (brick, gable and lean).

The assemblies include three colourways: soot-blackened brick, yellow stock and painted stucco.

Scenes you can build with it

The obvious use is a street. Take a front wall, a bay and a run of railings, repeat them along a road and vary the colourway from house to house.

Property visualisation is another fit, because the parts are separate and you can change one house without touching the rest.

City-builder games are the third use the pack is listed for. The ten assemblies give you finished terraces to place, and the components let you build variations of your own.

How the models are made

Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) file, and 1 unit = 1 metre. The tallest component is extension gable at 3.195 m high, and the widest is roof at 7.845 m across.

Each model ships at high, medium and low detail. High-detail triangle counts run from 12 to 3,080 per model, so low detail suits distant rows and high detail suits the houses nearest the camera. Files come Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside.

Textures are embedded in 29 of the 41 models. The remaining models use PBR colours.

Where it stops, and what to pair it with

This pack is one house type, the Victorian terrace. Its contents cover the houses and their boundaries, and the list includes no vehicles or street furniture.

For close-up work on a single frontage, the sister pack Victorian terrace details is the better partner. For contemporary housing, East London housing is the other pack in the same range.

The licence allows commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not allowed.

Build a London terrace in three.js: load a house from its assembly file and repeat it into a street, with tested code.

42 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 13.3 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 10 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them, and the licence.
