A free London street to start from: a complete Victorian terrace house and a complete restaurant shopfront, each one ready-assembled GLB per detail level, plus six movable props, a street surface and a working three.js example scene.

Each building's parts are merged into one model with the placements baked in, so it loads as a single GLB with few draw calls. The six props stay separate so you can move, copy or remove them. Unzip, serve the folder (npx serve .) and open example.html: everything loads from the zip except three.js itself, which comes from a CDN.
Build the whole street with the paid packs
- London terraced houses: every wall, bay, sash window, door, basement, roof and extension as its own model, plus ten assembled terraces and colourways, so you can build whole streets.
- London shopfronts: traditional and modern frames, fascias, glazing, awnings, signs and lettering, with corner and parade assemblies.
- London high streets bundle: shopfronts, pubs and East London fronts together for a complete high street.

Is it really free?
Yes. Enter your email and we send a download link straight away. The 4.1 MB zip has the same commercial licence as the paid packs.
What do I get?
Two complete buildings and six props: a Victorian terrace house and a restaurant shopfront building, each ONE ready-assembled GLB at high, medium and low detail (made from 31 unique components between them), six props as separate models, a street surface, and a three.js example scene.
How is it different from the paid packs?
The free buildings are already assembled, so you place them whole. The paid packs give you every wall, bay, window, door, roof, frontage and sign as its own model, plus more assembled buildings, so you can build streets of any length and mix the parts.
What do you do with my email?
