What is in the London shopfronts pack

The pack covers traditional and modern London shopfronts. It has 34 separate component models and 4 assemblies, and the assemblies are complete examples that place the components.

The components are frames, fascias, glazing, a door, awnings, projecting signs, lettering and street dressing. Frames come in traditional and modern versions, each with display, left and right pieces. Glazing has display and entry panels in both styles. There are two fascias (fascia modern and fascia traditional), two awnings (plain and striped) and two projecting signs (rect and round). Lettering covers bakery, barber, cafe, convenience, mini market and restaurant.

The street dressing is a barber pole, bread tray, cafe chair, cafe table, menu case, planter box, produce crate and an a board. There is also a floor seam, a return upper and a side infill.

Scenes you can build with it

The site lists this pack for high streets and retail scenes. The parts suggest a few combinations:

Traditional and modern parts are separate, so a modern frontage can sit between traditional ones.

How the models are made

Every model is a GLB (glTF 2.0 binary) file at high, medium and low detail. Files come Meshopt-compressed, with uncompressed copies alongside. Scale is 1 unit = 1 metre.

High-detail triangle counts run from 12 to 1,204 per model. The tallest component is frame modern display at 3 m high, and the widest is floor seam at 6.76 m across.

Textures are embedded in 2 of the 34 models. The rest use PBR colours.

Where it stops, and what to pair it with

This pack is shopfronts. The assemblies also use parts from London terraced houses, and the download includes those parts. Its own contents list has no pub.

Two sister packs in the London high streets range cover pubs: East London industrial and pub fronts, and London pubs.

The licence allows commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. Reselling or redistributing the model files is not allowed.

Questions

What is in the London shopfronts pack?

34 component models, each as high, medium and low detail GLB files (a 5.4 MB zip, with uncompressed copies), plus 4 assembly files that place those models into the complete examples shown on this page and a small three.js loader for them. The zip also carries the 8 parts from other packs that its assemblies use, so it is self-contained, and the licence.

How many triangles are the models?

Between 12 and 1,204 triangles at the high detail level. Each model's page lists the count for every level.

Can I use them in a commercial project?

Yes. The licence covers commercial games, apps, websites, visualisations and client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the model files themselves. See the licence page for the full terms.
